Meet the Broker

Eileen Silio is a highly-seasoned Real Estate professional born and raised in Miami, FL.  Over 15 years ago, Eileen began her career in the Real Estate industry working for one of the country's largest special servicer of residential and commercial mortgage portfolios.  Prior to obtaining her Broker license, she trained with some of the most experienced professionals in the commercial real estate industry.  Eileen successfully underwrote and completed over 300 major lease transactions, property management changes, loan assumptions and changes in ownership. 

Eileen holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida International University.  She is a proud Mother of two boys and is actively involved in the enhancement of her community.

Since obtaining her Real Estate Sales license, Eileen has successfully closed over $3M in sales.  Eileen also possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in Property Management throughout the city of Miami and expanding up to Central Florida.  Her property management expertise spans across all property types such as multi-family apartment buildings, luxury waterfront properties, office buildings, retail shops, industrial and condominium association management.

To better service her community and the rapidly growing real estate market in her neighborhood, Eileen established her own brokerage firm known as Act Fast Realty LLC in Allapattah, FL
